Dai Kaioshin became the dominant absorption despite South Kaioshin being stronger. Therefore Piccolo isn't necessarily dominant over the base kids in the absorption due to being stronger.
Base kid Trunks: 12
Piccolo: 14
Kaioshin: 16
Pui Pui: 20
Base Saiyans: 30
I see your point though. It kind...
I place him at 27k personally. Vegeta getting scared at the initial transformation would reduce his Yūki as what happened with Cui. Scared Vegeta would be 16k I think. Scared Cui at 12k.
It came out before Super Buu was a prominent part of the story right? The special guidebook said Goku "maybe even defeated Majin Buu" so it might be a parallel reality where Goku destroyed Fat Buu.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime showed Kid Buu and Super Janemba exchanging blows near evenly so...
Gogeta is only somewhat behind Vegetto overall, not to the degree that base Vegetto > SSJ Gogeta. Metamora should scale from matched powers while Potara scales from full combined powers.
If he expects 3 base Saiyans to make up ~55% of the Buu meter then the Buu meter can't be indicative of Buu's true power on a linear scale. If you want to take it literally then Pui Pui >>> 18.3% of the Buu meter when considering each base Saiyan 1/3 of the remaining Buu meter.
But if Baby-Gohan is not much stronger than Gohan then it would still fit with an overall addition model.
Watching the episode where Baby-Goten fights Gohan, Gohan says he can feel someone else's ki mixed with Goten's. Gohan doesn't say anything about Goten being stronger than usual so that...
How does Baby's power scale with his hosts? Is it (Baby+base Saiyan) x SSJ or Baby (base x SSJ)?
Such as:
Overall addition:
Baby: 100
Host: 300
~Host SSJ: 15,000
~Baby-Host Base: 400
~Baby-Host SSJ: 15,100
Base integration:
Baby: 100
Host: 300
~Host SSJ: 15,000
~Baby-Host Base: 400
~Baby-Host...
When you think about it, the scene of SSJ Trunks not having an effect on 17 and 18 despite his best efforts would suggest that it is not a multi-fold blast unless we want to say Piccolo gets many-folds stronger from fusing with Kami.
And then we have Vegeta trying his best Big Bang Attack on 18...
If anything this is the thing that can convince me.
It also suggests that Trunks' best SSJ blast(albeit with little charge time) doesn't appear to be much of any higher than his regular SSJ power, which could lend credence to my ki attack theory(that they scale from base rather than max powers).
Good format. If I do a video I think I'll take a split-screen approach to show anime and manga levels side-by-side, intercut between sources and arguments. I think I'll do the original 4:3 format but make use of the space on the sides for more details.
it's a shame that a "canonically focused"...
You don't have to consider my numbers exact, they are more of approximations.
I standardized "almost as strong" to mean 90/100 gap. You could just narrow that for personal taste.
For Androids saga Super Saiyans, the commonly accepted scaling from weakest to strongest is Trunks < Goku < Vegeta...
