10x is too small of a boost to account for the Cell Saga. Super Saiyan Goku at the CG being less than 10x stronger than Android 18 is absurd. Super Vegeta should be around 10x 18 alone.

Numbers wise, Super Saiyan 3 as a 5x boost has always worked well for me. Goku 500 Buu 400 Evil Buu 250 Good Buu 150 Vegeta 100 I think Good Buu should be head and shoulders above Vegeta.
