I feel the same way. Koyama's statement can work for a potential Broly that is not under a script. But in this movie, he still hasn't reached that level as Hatchiyack is a step ahead of him and the further movies imply how he is weaker than Majin Buu & Janemba.

At least with Gogeta I don't think it'd would work. With someone having a slight edge or not that huge of a gap I'm doubtful.

Gohan doing that to Bojack seems to be an inconsistency like when he fought Broly or Dabura in his base form. Also, I remember a guide saying Gohan is the strongest hero in Earth in M12, but don't have scans that confirm it.

I doubt it. Gohan having a slight inferior level to Dabura proved to be able to destroy his sword, 18 proved to broke Trunks's sword and in the special just cut some hair. With Gogeta, it could have probably be the same result as Trunks vs 18.

If that were the case I think Trunks would have decided to attack Cell such as when he did to the Androids in Gero's lab.

Either that or Gotenks has nerfed multipliers.

@SIAD TOEI always put Goku in the highest position even when he is not, so the most coherent to say would be that Goku is stronger than even Gotenks and Janemba by extension is also too.
