He was, but this is what made me think about the arm absorption more:
I don't think there'd be anything to take into account if the power gain was low. Piccolo makes it seem like Cell gained a good amount of energy, but just not enough to turn the battle around.
@Hector, I don't think it was...
After absorbing Gingertown and Piccolo's arm, we know Cell was in the category of those (Piccolo, Androids) that were outdoing the Super Saiyan.
Prior to that? I'm not too sure where Cell ranks. If Vegeta's power was enough to make a more powerful Cell think twice, then Cell might not have much...
Hmmm...Goku stronger than UI? Sorry, could you explain?
So your ratings would look like this, Prime Moro (Planets consumed)>>Dai Kaioshin w/KaiKai-Matoru>>Prime Moro (Ten million yrs ago)>>Dai Kaioshin?
Oob did have all of Dai's God Power, but do you believe the God Power increased as Oob got...
Oob is pretty powerful. His Godly Power was enough to fully restore UI Goku with no effort.
I think his main issue right now would be the lack of control. He probably can't bring out UI level power during combat until he learns to control his power.
His dormant power was likely at a level that...
I wonder how the wish was made exactly.
Was it to release his latent power or did they go the Granolah route that greatly reduced his lifespan?
Gas looks a lot cooler now.
It was said both Gohan and Piccolo had become unrecognizable based on the training they had done.
We know Gohan was definitely noticeably stronger (Shimorkka: "7-3, that guy is stronger. Switch to him!"), but I could see Piccolo being above Gohan prior to the training.
With that said, I'd...
Some people seem to believe this statement means Moro 7-3>Gogeta because Gogeta wouldn't be strong or fast enough to stop himself from being defused. The lack of a contradiction on Goku's end is another reason why they believe it's a clear as day statement.
Other people believe it was just a...
The surge in power is probably why she ignored it.
Kefla did say "So much power", which would make sense if someone like Caulifla is the dominant personality. An unconscious Kale would've still had far more power than she did.
We see Zamasu go from smacking Goku and Vegeta around to stating an...
Jiren was suppressed when he defeated everyone. His power was only stated to change when he powered-up to fight UI Sign Goku round 2. Prior to that, he handled everyone without needing to do any power-ups.
If he could defeat Evolved Blue Vegeta without needing to power-up, then we know he'd...
But what does Vados statement really mean?
She says Kefla "may be unmatched on the battlefield", but we see Jiren go on to defeat both Evolved and UI Sign Goku without so much as doing a power-up. Doesn't that make her assessment completely wrong?
Maybe Kaio-Ken Blue Goku>Gohan>Perfected Blue Goku?
That could work.
It still doesn't explain Krillin's statement, though. That's as direct of a comparison of Goku and Gohan that we'll get.
Piccolo compared Post-Merus training Super Saiyan Blue Goku to the last time they saw Goku fight.
The last time they saw Super Saiyan Blue Goku fight was at the ToP.
Same with Vegeta:
The ToP was the last time Piccolo and Gohan saw the two fight.
They can't sense God Ki, so they wouldn't...
