So, on a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you rate this in terms of retard?

So, SS3 Goku = Gohan Boo >> Ultimate Gohan, despite official statements going out of their way to say that Ultimate Gohan > SS3 Goku in the Boo Arc. Also, the material states Bibidi created Boo, so Toriyama's gone back on what he said (yet again) when saying that Boo always existed and Bibidi just awoke him.

Only way to make sense of this is to assume maybe it's talking about Pre-God BoG SS3 Goku, but even that makes no sense contextually. Best to do is just ignore it based on far more solid evidence and guidebook statements pointing to the contrary.

To be fair, being on par with Boo pretty much guarantees that you'll lose because of a combination of stamina advantage and regeneration. Either way, consider it yet another dumb statement from V-Jump.

I know it's just beyond stupid to risk a permanent fusion and lose your being when the situation isn't even that bad. The fusion dance would have got the job done according to it and Goten and Trunks are an ungodly amount lower than Goku.

Fusion Dance wasn't exactly an option in the middle of a fight. Especially when Goku and Vegeta failed to perform it twice in the movie despite clear indications from Piccolo.
