I don't believe he did. He was hungry and tired. Once he ate, he was back to full-power. Definitely no Zenkai there.

Ah, that's a good question.

To be honest, I never really had a good feel for Tambourine. Like, we know he was way stronger than Cymbal, but he was nothing to Goku and Tien. Chun gave Tien a pretty good fight, though he admitted Tien would've won. Since both are noticeably below those two, I could see the fight between Chun and Tambourine being a good one.

It depends whether or not Goku needed his Battle strength to fuck him up or if he went all-out straight away because of his grudge. I'd say it's a combination of both though personally.

I've always assumed Goku didn't hold-back in that instance since he was highly pissed about Krillin.

Pretty funny seeing the difference between teen Goku and adult Goku in terms of dealing with an enemy that offed his best friend.

It's like having his tail plucked off gave him appreciation of human life somehow lol.

What's also funny is that Tenshinhan actually does better against all-out Goku than Daimao with a cloak lol. I mean I think he raised his effort or whatever once he removed it but the scene just made it look like taking a robe off made all the difference.

Ha, it does have that typical "oh, shit, he removed his weights, now shit is about to get real" vibe to it.

I always wondered how strong Old Daimao was at full-power.

They're ok. I was a power level geek back in the day, then there was a period when I hated them because that's what most discussions revolved around. I don't have that much of an issue with them nowadays.
