So, I was right that Gokuu would get a new form. I guess it should have been obvious that it would just recycle SS4 since Daima is blatantly GT 2.0.

Still, I would have preferred it to have just looked like the original Super Saiyan God design that Tadayoshi Yamamuro had planned for Battle of Gods. It would have had SS3/SS4-ish hair and given Gokuu a cape:

Or maybe something like Sun Wukong:

Or a "Demon Super Saiyan" form; I mean, Gokuu's in Demon World, so him turning into a demon would make sense. It could have looked something like this (just give it a differerent hairstyle so it looks less like Beast Gohan lol):

Any of these would have been better than just ripping SS4 and calling it a day, imho.

Honestly, at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter how a transformation looks because its only purpose is to sell toys, which this new SS4 knockoff will surely do. But I never understood why Toei randomly felt the need to make another GT.

So, is Vegeeta ever gonna turn SS3 again? I'm expecting him to abandon the form once Daima ends, but man, I was really hoping to see SS3 Gokuu and SS3 Vegeeta double team Gomah. Now that Gokuu's SS4 (yes, the name apparently is SS4 at Toei), I guess that's not gonna happen. Maybe Vegeta'll turn SS3 to assist in the final beam struggle or whatever? Bleh.

SS4 Gokuu jobbing to Gomah is funny lol. Form is almost as underwhelming as SSB. But Glorio is obviously gonna turn Gokuu and co back to adults, so we'll get to see Adult SS4 Gokuu kick Gomah's ass.

We won't know until they get interviewed about the form similarly to how they got interviewed about SSJB Evolution and said it was an anime-only (and later manga) transformation.

I think AT is lowkey trolling SSJ4 fanboys who said his God form designs all sucked by making SSJ4 piss weak. Judging by the performance I'd say it's 10x stronger than regular SSJ tops, making it only a 1.25x boost from the previous form

It makes the form more of a pink gorilla! Although the design choice of him having no fur around his wrist is certainly wack. Why is there still fur around his elbow joint?

They could have at least made it a different color than red/pink. The red/pink fur was the worst part of SS4's design, because that color was so random. Daima's SS4 should have been brown, golden, white, or silver/gray.

Episode 5: Gokek gets a new ship.
Episode 6: Gloryhole is a spy.
Episode 7. Fajita goes to Demon World.

I don't think Daima has been too bad so far but it's pretty boring LOL binging this shit would suck

The new "Majin":

Well, I'll be dropping this show now.

The design is dog shit.

While it's a relief to know that Koo wasn't supposed to be taken seriously, it's still a bad design and it's a waste for a new "Majin" suck. Daima has been boring so they could have at least introduced someone cool with a decent design in episode 10. Instead it's just another boring episode, only with another shitty, ugly gag character. This won't be the last time we see Koo, either, which is a shame.

It was cool finally seeing SS3 Vegeeta. Definitely the best episode in the show so far.

Back to boring episodes, I see.

And another boring episode. At least next week's looks like it'll have a lot more action.

I expect Gokuu, Vegeeta, Shin, and Glorio will be fighting Coo and Doo for about the whole episode (first 10 will probably wasted on talking, though). Coo and Doo will probably lose. Then, Gomah will appear at the end of the episode.

I'm expecting to see Coo and Doo fuse with the Join Bug and Gokuu to unlock a new form in the upcoming episodes. Gomah seems to be the final villain, so he'll probably transform further, too.

Well, I'm pleasantly surprised that Gomah didn't wait until the end of the episode to appear; the pacing has been so bad that I thought he'd only pop up at the end.

This is definitely the best episode after Vegeeta turning SS3, but did we really need to waste time with Gokuu vs. Doo? Should have just started the episode with Gokuu and Gomah fighting, then everyone joins in later.

Minor complaint, but I would have liked to have seen Goku and Vegeeta turn SS2 to fight Gomah. Hopefully in the next episode or the one after that, we see Gokuu and Vegeeta fighting side by side as SS3.

But I dislike the blackface lips. Gomah should have never had them.

The only time I ever really bashed Daima was when Coo debuted. His design is still terrible, and I don't like Doo or Gomah's designs, either, but I've somewhat mellowed out towards them. As bad as they look, they don't ruin the show.

I genuinely enjoyed seeing SS3 Vegeeta like I said when the episode came out, so I have given Daima some actual praise.

Overall, I find Daima to be boring, but mostly harmless. The only thing about it that I found absolutely, inexcusably stupid was Piccolo not knowing how to speak Namekkian. I don't even have much of an issue with the new SS4; I would have just preferred something else.
