Vegeta and Goku are fighting mighty well against Fit Buu. Should be getting stomped if their individual fights against Fat Buu are anything to go by.

Lol at Kai cutting out the SSJ Goku vs Ultimate Gohan fight inside Buu. A wise choice but we will never forget it was there. :CC

Not that it mattered anyway, since they still left in the Pure Boo >> Other Boos statement whilst having SS2 Galu fight against him. :troll2

Galu and Vegeta vs Kid Buu is the best fight in the whole saga. It's the only one that lasts more than an episode, and the characters don't rely on a bullshit powerup only to get defeated anyway.

Also, lol at Vegeta's speech. Yes, Goku, you are the best. Now follow the plan that I came up with entirely on my own, doing exactly what I say when I say to do it, and watch that plan go off to near perfection but in the end you get all the credit for being stronk even though you're judgement was almost as flawed as Kaioshin's and I was thinking rationally and selflessly for once.

Was Shin using magic to freeze Gohan at the Budokai? Most people chalk up to it, even though it's a baseless assumption as far as i know.

I assumed psychic since Shin doesn't display any magical abilities before or after. Seems similar to Chouzu's technique.

Same as what Chaozu could do more or less.

Something cool i'd like to point out about the adults having different multiplier than the kids:

Chapter: 430 (DBZ 236), P6.5-6
Context: after Gohan asks that nobody becomes a Super Saiyan in the tournament
Vegeta: “…Well, I guess that’s fine. If nobody becomes a Super Saiyan, then the conditions are the same. My superior position doesn’t change…”

Before knowing the kids are having a tournament of their own, he says the saiyans are going to be on equal terms. If the kids have a bigger multiplier, they obviously would be out of the adults' league in base, thus wouldn't be on the same conditions.

Hm? He's saying it would be the exact same with or without Super Saiyan, I don't know why you're looking for something more here. The final sentence of that quote is all that matters.

The whole quote is what matters. He says the five saiyans will be on the same condition, implying IMO the same gap between them as SSJ would be the same gap between them in base. Thus, the kids have the same multiplier as the adults to SSJ.

I don't see that in my manga

But your premise is correct.

Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Goten. They thought the kids would fight with the adults before knowing there is a infant budokai.

SSJ2 (And anyone who's reading this) do you think Vegeta's statement implies he's > everyone on the Budokai?

Oh, I see what you mean now. My bad. I still think you don't have to view it that way, but now I could certainly get behind the argument.

And no, I don't think he was > Piccolo.
