Anyway wrong section buddy. As for the topic, I've read the thread about this stuff on Kanzenshuu and there was a time where Broly movie didn't exceed of expectation. I've already read that Toei are expecting this movie to hit 5 billion yen in Japan alone so that looks unlikely to me. They've also expected RoF to hit 4billion yen but it only hit 3.7 at best so you never know. :toei

I don't. If they worked hard on this movie they deserve the success in my opinion and from what I heard it'll be the best movie yet. It's good to see good/hard-working people make money, even if it's mainly the corporation/company getting most of the money.

It was facked before by AT. The movie didn't do that. DB-Minus came-out awhile ago so they had no choice.

DB Minus could also be completely cut out of the film as it serves no purpose to the actual story of the film as well.

Granted, I think retconning all the Broly films was the only logical decision since having him go from Super Cell/Majin Boo levels to SSJB tier would be a tough sell, although they could have easily done that (FNF with Freeza). That being said, Broly and Bardock both had satisfactory stories. No reason to dig them up.

I can't think of one single instance where they have brought back an old character and actually made them better.
