My reaction to all of this...of all of the villains, you pick the guy who had three movies? I'd rather see a new villain or someone not Broly.

Is that the old Broli ir a new villian with his name and appearance... He is not canon and it nakes no sense because if he was, they would mention him when Kale transformed.. Of course that's in universe issue but still... How are they going to make sense of this shit??

At least from the sounds of it,this version of Broly is going to be properly integrated into the canon. Hopefully, will make his character at least somewhat deeper than just hating KAKAROTTO's crying, though it's doubtful given Toriyama's modern track record.

Inb4 Pakl has a breakdown over Broly actually being MAXIMUM.

When. Toriyama says he wants to expand upon his character, that almost definitely means

"Adding a new side to him" definitely sounds like a rewrite when showing layers for someone who's entire character consists of being triggered by crying is an impossibility.

I don't see how they couldn't when integrating him with both the canon and origins of the Saiyans. They've already changed up his base design somewhat, after all.
