Fuck the side stories. Some of them are designed so terribly it's actually shocking. I just did one for Karin that required teleporting to 5-6 different locations. Having to wait for a loading screen for each location is absurd when the entire thing is just a cut-scene.

Aren't the loading screens far shorter now? I'm pretty sure the most recent patch decreased the time taken on them.

Who is Mira and how do you fight them?

Mira is a main villain in DBO and the Xenoverse games, as well as a major character in Heroes. Basically, he's an artificial demon created by Towa (Dabura's sister) from the DNA of multiple fighters in history and helps her cause shenanigans across history via time travel. In other words, he's overgrown Smurf Cell.

To fight him, you need to defeat all the Villainous enemies (the ones with red aura that are stationary in the sky), which you can't do until the post-game. Once you've beaten all the ones available, Villainous Gotenks & Vegetto will appear in East Ravine Area. After you beat them, you can fight Mira on the Kaioshinkai.
His appearance in the game essentially bridges the gap between his actions in Xenoverse and Xenoverse 2, as well as clears up some of the differences to the manga canon by implying Kakarot may simply be an alternate timeline to some extent.

So far the Buu Arc is one big as cut scene. All that Saiyaman bullshit wasn’t needed, could have let us do more with Goten/Trunks instead of just running around the city.

Didn't the SEG say that the ruler of the Demon Realm were Makaioshin born from the same fruit as Kaioshin? If so then how would Dabra have a sibling?

The SEG also states that the current Makaioshin is weaker than Shin, so they and Dabura aren't one in the same it seems.

Kaioshin stopped enraged SSJ2 Gohan. Dabra was weaker than an out of shape SSJ Gohan. Do the math.

What do you mean? We all know that Gayhan was too intimidated to do anything because of being faced with GOAT Kibito.

it seems that even if some-one has a lower level than another character they can still win easily against the other character. can stats still be higher for characters lower than higher characters?

A lower-level character can still have higher stats if under the affect of stat-boosting items or if levelling up certain communities (mainly the Z-Warrior community for attack, Training Community for Ki/Defence, etc.). If you've dispersed your soul emblems strategically over a few select communities or put them all on one community to level it up, you'll find you may have greater stats than a higher level enemy.

Also, non-boss enemies seem to have lower stats in general and many seem dependent on their type. For instance, the robots based on the Pirate Robot that you can find in Blake's Bog and Gizard Wasteland tend to be pushovers compared to any enemy outside of the status robots (Attack Robot, Heal Robot, Assist Robot) at the same point of the game.

i jst noticed when ssj2 gohan vs normal perfect-cell.

cell was like level 52 & gohan was level 50 i think, yet i won easily, like the damage was high & u could even see that. the fight had like the ssj goku vs freeza presentation with the punching & all

For that fight in particular, you start off in surge mode and have infinite surge the entire fight, which is why you probably noticed how much damage you were dealing compared to normal. It was also the same with SSJ Goku VS Freeza (prior to 100%). The other battles where you'll find this to be the case are SS3 Goku VS Fat Boo, SS3 Gotenks VS Evil Boo and Base Goku VS Pure Boo.

surge mode increases damage? i didn't even knw that, i think l0l.

also 1 complaint i could say abt the game is censoring the brutality. they got around some of them by still keeping the implication intact tho.

Surge mode increases melee damage and makes it incredibly easy to spam Ki Supers.

I will say that, in fairness, the violence of DB game cutscenes have always been pretty tame after Budokai 1. Compare Goku/Raditz's death in that game to how it is in the Xenoverse games or Kakarot. I'd say Kakarot is honestly less toned down in that area than most DB games in between then and now, considering it's the only game with cutscenes to get things such as Freeza being cut in half right.

even freeza getting cut in half was shown in kind-of a they were trying to hide it way tho. i don't remember exactly how but when i saw that i def. saw that it wasn't very obvs, at-least at first.

also they also didn't rly show kuririn cutting freeza's tail off, iirc.
