For the record, I agree he was SSJ2. I wrote it the way I did to emphasize how Zamasu got domed by a form other than SSJ3/SSJB and should be embarrassed. So Fearless is correct, I admit that. But since it's Fearless he still deserves a

EPISODE 9:
Goku, Vegeta and Trunks land in the future and get introduced to all the freedom fighters. Mai is still alive, which pleases Trunks' boner. The Saiyans bring a slew of Capsule supplies for the survivors, and I was way happier than I should have been to see Yajirobe still alive. When I say that fat fuck pigging out on a piece of meat, there was a sense of joy in my heart. Say what you want about him, but Yajirobe has proven to be more reliable than Yamucha over the years. I'm sure he'll come through somewhere in this arc, too.
Korin gave him the last Senzu.
Vegeta vows to fight and defeat back alone, and I already have my troll face on because I know exactly how this is going to go. Oh, Vegeta, why are you always the first one to get domed? Didn't we learn anything from our time during the original movies? Black shows off SSJ Rose, and while I actually like the look better than Blue, I have to wonder how Black got strong enough to tank Vegeta in base. When last he got sucked back into the Future, Black vowed to be ready for Goku, which I assumed meant training, but we didn't see him do any of that. He's just way stronger with a new transformation now. I'll let it slide in case there is later explanation.
Vegeta wasn't actually doing that bad until the hidden blade came in. Black gets opera music for his transformation so we know he's serious.
Goku goes Blue and tries to fight but does no better. Black is about to do a KHH when Zamasu interrupts and reveals that the two of them have, indeed been working together. Zamasu was bad all along guys! He looks fit though, I think he's been lifting since that last run in with Goku.

EPISODE 10:
Vegeta is out for the count as the combined blast of Black and Zamasu prove to much for he and Goku. Goku takes on Zamasu and Black solo. Trunks joins in and does just about as well as the rest of them, despite having no god power. He then stabs Zamasu with the sword, where we find out Zamasu is in fact immortal and can't be harmed. Trunks tries the Final Flash, which is pretty cool to see, even though it has no effect. Good action in this episode, even though I take issue with some of the battle powers lining up here.
Zamasu grabs Goku and Trunks and takes the brunt of Black's KHH. Pretty good strategy if I do say so. Needless to say the three Saiyans got wrecked in this fight. Zamasu and Black are about to finish off Goku and Trunks when Vegeta fires a last minute shot to save the say and prevent the blast from going off. Trunks and Goku are then pulled out of the fray by GOAT Yajirobe who has already earned his place. Mai then pops some smoke grenades ANTIFA style and gets Vegeta out of there. Everyone is forced to flee back to the present time less they be killed.
Gowasu is watching the Hit vs Goku fight on the television, which begs the question why Kaioshins haven't upgraded to flat screen yet. They still use the boxy tv's with the rabbit ears antennai. But this explains how Zamasu would know about SSJB. He also learns about the Super Dragon Balls, going towards why he might be immortal.
Still doesn't explain how Black got so strong, so fast, but maybe I'll learn that too in the next episode.

Zamasu spends some time gaining information on the Super Dragon Balls. I think he could have gotten the same immortality from Earth's Dragon Balls if that's what he's interested in, but whatever. Hell, go to Namek. You're a Kaio in training so I'm sure they'll hand them right over.
Come to find out Goku left the senzu beans in the bathroom before leaving for the future, adding more to be disliked about Super's version of Goku. The gang tells Beerus and Whis about the mess, asking them to help. Everyone tries to figure out how Black, Zamasu and the Super Dragon Balls are all connected. They seem to think Black wished for immortality as well as a Goku manservant. I don't know why he needs Black as a servant if he's immortal, but I'll chalk it up to gods being arrogant and needing someone to do their bidding.

Goku, Beerus and Whis go back to visit present Zamasu. This is our first big appearance of tea again in more than a full episode, so this obviously makes me happy. Beerus doesn't want to destroy Zamasu until he has been caught in the act trying to kill Gowasu, so the three decide to hang back and play Big Brother as they watch events unfold.
Side note: Kaioshin is more useless here than he was in the Boo Saga. At least there, he had some advice. During this arc, his only purpose is to stand around and react to whatever just happened.
More tea. This time with Zamasu and Black enjoying a peaceful cup of Earl Grey in Zamasu's beautiful country-side home. The two of them have some dialogue that comes down to a dick measuring contest of immortality vs infinate power.
Chibi Trunks challenges Future Trunks and tells him he's acting pathetic. Is SSJ Chibi Trunks knocking down Base Future Trunks considered a feat? I think it should be.
This might be worse than Pan stunning Rild with a similar style punch. It seems this motivation works as Future Trunks acts like he has some newfound courage.
Meanwhile, Pilaf tries to hook up a nine year old Mai with present Trunks, and he seems to have no reservations about the implications that comes with this.
Whis makes it just in time to stop Zamasu from Killing Gowasu, and manages to slip an oven mitt on that bladed hand of his by reversing time. We get a pretty sweet sequence here where Beerus actually does his job. Just as Zamasu is about to strike at Goku, Beerus catches his hand and twists it like a boss, them vaporizes Zamasu into nothing but space dust. He seems content in believing that this has taken care of all the problems in the Future World, despite scepticism from everyone else.

This one is literally titles BACK TO THE FUTURE. Lolz.
Beerus is mad no one believes him that the future is back to normal. I don't believe him either. Before they go and investigate, everyone pigs out. Lots of talk about everything Trunks has been through and how much it would mean for him if the future returned to normal. Can't say I blame him, dude has been through a lot.
This time Bulma is going with them to the future to see if anything has changed for the better.
Trunks finds Mai hurt so he feeds her a Senzu like a mother bird. Goku is disgusted and doesn't seem to know what kissing is which confirms my thoughts that Chi-Chi is a molester who rapes an unknowing Goku. Unless those are secretly Turles' kids.
Vegeta fights Black again and says he wants to beat him for Trunks and the Future. A very un-Vegeta like thing to say, at least for the old Vegeta. This is the new, softer, gentler Vegeta. We find out that Black is really using Goku's body and it isn't a copy.

Because Black is still used to Goku's body hence he's evolving in off-screen unlike the manga version where they explained everything.
