Super Saiyan 2 and 3 are nothing more than powered-up variations of Super Saiyan. After the fight with Beerus, Goku realized that mastering his normal state and Super Saiyan would raise his level more and sap less strength, so I think he probably won’t become Super Saiyan 2 or 3 any more.

As I thought, nothing to prove your point. And as Goku's level actually rise in training, DBS characters > Boo Saga characters is definitely possible. I won't bother to answer any further to your flimsy arguments.

It means Goku didn't realize that training in Base and Ssj would raise his level more. Meaning he wasn't training in those levels prior to realizing what was realized above. The only possible alternative is Ssj2 & Ssj3.

Goku is the undisputed #1. Meaning it's not debatable. This also debunks the possibility of Gotenks or Gohan being greater.

Goku is #1 in their rivalry. Also stated. With that, Vegeta states himself as #2 next to Goku, in their rivalry.
