All we know about his general power is M10 SSj = M8 LSSj due to the zenkai. Daizenshuu states his Super Saiyan form is > Super Saiyan Goku which could possibly mean LSSj Broly > SSj2 Goku or LSSj Broly < SSj2 Goku depending on your personal LSSj multiplier.

He's a little bit stronger than Boo arc SSj2 Goku imo. I think the LSSj boost = SSj2 boost.

I'm glad we're out of the dark ages where people thought that Gohan was massively haxxed in M10 because he was fighting SSj Broly in his base form.

I don't see why Broly would stronger than Super Perfect Cell, he didn't completely dominate Gohan in their fight.

Gohan was stronger than his Cell Games counterpart seeing as he said he is stronger than he was 7 years ago. Him referencing M8 there makes no sense considering he was irrelevant in that film, so he'd more likely be referring to when he was the most relevant.
