So is King stronger than Marco then? I'm still inclined to think no, but his durability is top tier.

I think they are equal. Maybe we have to consider that Marco is currently superior to Zoro.

Maybe not factoring in Asura. Idk, Big Mom respected Marco's strength but treated him as an annoyance more than anything. When Zoro was about to slash Kaido, Big Mom freaked out and told him to get the hell out of the way. I think Zoro's offensive output should be stronger.

I would agree, but then that implies King has more durability than even Kaido, which is pretty hard to believe. He has done 0 damage to him so far.

I’ve noticed that Oda doesn’t care too much about the logistics of how certain fights should play out. He had Zoro portrayed arguably the best on that rooftop, but it seems like it mostly comes down to how he feels in any given moment.

Nice chapter. We finally get some backstory for Zoro after 20 years

So Zoro has finally learned to control Haoshoku, but is that Advanced Haoshoku he is using at the end? The lightning might imply such. I feel like we're close to seeing how a black blade is formed. I wonder if it has something to do with Haoshoku Haki. Perhaps once your own will is able to surpass/tame that of the sword, the blade turns black.

Also add being a live bomb to King's arsenal.

Maybe, though the fact that it was foreshadowed earlier in the arc means it's a possibility. King didn't seem phased by Zoro using Conquerors, so maybe he'll need more.

I think it would be crazy if he still has the energy to take on Kaido after this. This situation is reminiscent of his fight with Mr. 1 in which he was barely capable of standing by the end of the fight.

Are we meant to believe that Sanji has a new type of Busoshoku now? His final attack seemed to have white lightning which I can't recall seeing before.
