Interesting point. Maybe Moro (FP) is >> Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart)> = UI Sing Goku. Could it be that Moro was only playing with Sing UI Goku?

It's worth noting though that Moro never tried to eat UI Goku's energy, so that on its own wouldn't point to SSBE Vegeta > UI Sign Goku. As for Goku's statement, I don't recall him making any such statement. The closest thing to it was Goku commenting specifically on Spirit Fission being a technique he was unable to learn.

Review Manga 61 and Piccolo comments that Vegeta has beaten Goku this time, when Vegeta was leaving Moro almost without energy. Anyway I still have Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) as a semi distant rival to UI Sing Goku.

Most likely, Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) would have ended up defeating UI Sing Goku thanks to the Spirit Fission and since the difference between them is not so great, Vegeta as he manages to hit Goku, he would automatically make Goku decrease his energy.

Spirit Fission doesn't work like that. It separates energy that was combined with another (Like fusion), so it's only effective against people like Moro who absorbs energy to get stronger.

The reality is that Goku even with Ultra Instinct never stood a chance against Moro. The latter even claimed that he approached the fight too cautiously, meaning each time Goku managed to gain the edge against Moro was just him sandbagging the whole time.

I'd still wager on UI Sign Galu being > SSJBE Vegeta, although UI Sign appears to drain energy quicker than SSJBE.

I'd say something sarcastic about how predictable Galu mastering UI is, but it's been built up so much this arc that it's fine. I'll save the cynicism for when it inevitably runs out for Galu 2.

And I thought they couldn't regress his character even further than him trying to stack more power on top of UI Sign . I guess the context could be on him not fighting as a Galactic Patrol member anymore, but that in itself makes little sense when he wasn't fighting Moro up until this point purely for the Patrol's sake.

Well, Galu did say he wanted to fight Cell as an Earthling when he refused Bulma's Saiyan armor.

He only said that he'd prefer to fight in clothes representing an Earthling though rather than potentially ignoring his Saiyan pride. Even if we were to see it as him choosing to identify as an Earthling, this would make his statement in the upcoming chapter even more redundant as a result.

Those aren't the only instances where Galu claims Earthling status. He does so even more blatantly in the Baby arc of GT, where he claims he's an Earthling, not a Saiyan (which is extremely out of character after his Freeza arc development).
