I just realized if Moro copied Goku's abilities he could potentially get UI. Probably wont happen though.

Just read the chapater. It was still better than most other chapters.

It's strange how Moro assumes he will use spirit fission against a potential fusion when the latter could just dodge and avoid him all the time

And damn, Piccolo ought to have made some good progress if he thinks a Gekiretsu Kodan would end with everything there, Moro included. Moro also decided to take that with a Makankosappo, so I think he saw that as a potential danger.

Merus finally decided to act. My guess is that he renounced his angel status, if that's possible. If the arc ends up with him beating up on Moro it'd be pretty shit though, as that would be a conclusion tangible since the beginning of the arc.

I think Piccolo was just full of shit. Don't forget he has an IQ of 60 in Super.

I don't really get it, since Merus is physically hurting Moro he should be wiped out now. Based on what Merus says in that Goku needs to ''complete'' his training, I'm guessing we are going to see MUI Goku appear.

Kind of a shame, since I would prefer UI-Omen to be used a bit more like SSJ Blue was.

it'd be a shame if vegeta's training and new technique served basically for nothing...

Galu's explanation for saving the universe so many times is extremely painful to read. Why has he been turned into someone inferior than his BoDB self? Even GT Kid Goku retained enough of his character to be recognizable, but Super is a completely different person. Sad to see.

Toyo doesn't know how to write Goku. Also, Whis got Merus killed. :dawae

Chapter was better than the past half dozen or so. Not a big feat when it's still mediocre at best, but at least it didn't destroy all character integrity like the past several. We got the rare sight of a permanent death in DB for an ally (unless the Super DBs can restore an erased Angel) and, as poorly handled as Galu's logic in the flashback was handled, at least it was nowhere near as bad as everything he did recently. The one point of interest in the chapter was Merus using a device similar to the Nyoibo, suggesting such a weapon isn't unique and may be some high-tech device rather than a mystical tool, which fits with DB's transition from an eastern fantasy to a very sci-fi oriented series.

Petition to make Merus the main character of DBS, since it seems Toyo is more interested in writing him than Goku.

Merus' staff seems more mechanical rather than magical in comparison to the Nyoibo, unless I'm misunderstanding your point.
