Chapter is already far better than the anime's Zen Exhibition match. We actually get to see a decent enough performance of the abilities of most of the Hakaishin, as well as :rumoosh putting in work. Looks like the hierarchy of the Hakaishin is likely Belmod > Beerus ~ Quitela > Everyone else. It's not as though taking out Boo or Gohan's involvement would change anything, since Gohan's developments had just as much right to be caused by his performance in the FnF Arc (which if the catalyst to him training again, will make much more sense than him getting to SSB tier in a couple of hours).

The battle of Goku VS Toppo also makes far more sense than the anime. Toppo hadn't seen Galu fighting in SSB, so Goku only testing him in SSJ at the start made far more sense. Overall, just a stronger cup of Super than the anime's attempt at the same things.
I'm more interested to see what Goku's gonna try to do with regards to quickly power up. Here, even CSSBlue isn't enough to take down Toppo, much less Jiren. I can see a couple routes with this, either the whole "You've got 40 hours to assemble your fighters!" thing isn't present or Goku & Vegeta decide to spend most of that time in the ROSAT, leaving Gohan, Piccolo,... to assemble the rest of the fighters in the mean time.

Seemed like he only used the regular SSB to me.
He collected all of the power into his fist similar to what he did with MZ, only this time that was used for a mega punch instead of vaporizing him and Toppo no sold it.

Not currently. Him and Vegeta are only on par with Toppo. Considering how much stronger Complete Blue is to regular Blue, there's going to have to be some incredible strength gains made for everyone else to cobble this one together for the tournament, unless the general level of participant is dookie compared to the anime.

As long as their gains makes logical sense then I'm ok with it. But my main problem is that the CSSjinB is looking to be fodder once UI makes its debut especially how the manga heavily promoted it.

I'm alright with UI being on a completely different level compared to SSJB given that Beerus openly stated Blue was only a powered up version of God without great differences.

It's been jabroni trash since Goku mastered it out of nowhere and Vegeta got his ass whooped by SSJ Black :troll

Then Goku SSJB Kaioken x2 (Anime) = Toppo >>> Goku SSJB (Anime) = Goku CSSJB?

So, from this chapter in terms of the Hakaishin hierarchy, we're shown that Quitela >/ >> Iwan, Mosco > Heles > Liquiir and that :rumoosh is likely amongst the stronger Gods. Alternatively, we could see it as the trope of them being on such a level that even the slightest mistake is a game changer, though I find that doubtful when Beerus and Champa's battle was a lot longer than any of the individual fights in this battle royale. Also, Iwan seems to be one of the weakest Gods along with Sidra, since he viewed SSG Galu VS Toppo as a battle closing in on their level and was even intimidated a little by their power, not to mention being ragdolled by :rumoosh and KO'd by Quitela.

From the Goku VS Toppo match, we can also confirm Goku was just using regular SSB, since CSSB causes his aura not to leak, whereas his SSB aura was on full display the entire match.

Overall, the events were far better than the Zen Exhibition match of the anime. At least the battle was between relevant characters rather than just some jobber furries, plus as I've already mentioned, Goku not going SSB from the start makes a lot more sense here when the opponent facing him hasn't already seen it.

Goku only had the Blue aura around his fist. It was odd. He was 1/2 CSSB :cage2

Seriously though, I assume it was a similar case to Vegeta using SSB in bursts to utilise it's full power. Most likely, Goku's concentrating SSB's power where he needs to in order to hit at full power, though not absorbing it into himself to go CSSB.

I'd like if he was still holding back CSSB. That way CSSB Goku and Vegeta could be > Toppo and we can still avoid the Kaio-Ken vs. Jiren, which should help keep the bloat down.

Also I think Liquiir isn't weaker than Heles. Where did she get that bow?

Off-guard or not, she was still able to pierce his arm with her arrow, and seemed to be doing better than him when they were attacked by Mosco. I assume she's capable of materialising the bow out of nothingness, much like Piccolo's infamous clothes beam.
