The CSSJB I see it as the power of the Anime SSJB, since Vegeta does not have Kaioken in Anime, but CSSJB in the Manga. Also in the Anime, Goku and Vegeta become many times stronger in their combats against Goku Black and Merged Zamasu, so much that in the Arc Hit, both are more of 10 times stronger than in the Tournament Universes 6 and 7. I see the CSSJB of the Manga a state to close its gaps between the Anime and the Manga, so, to maintain their peaks equal, that is to say: Goku / Vegeta SSJB (Anime) = Goku / Vegeta CSSJB (Manga).

But the SSJB Kaioken is only a technique of Goku, since he knows how to make the Kaioken. The CSSJB is just one form in the Manga.

It's like an "Enhanced" SSJB, something similar to Future Trunks' "Enhanced" SSJ2 in the Manga.

Thinking about it, I do not have many problems with having Goku SSJB Kaioken (Anime) = Goku CSSJB (Manga), but with the difference that the CSSJB multiplier over SSJB should be much more than double, considering that Goku SSJB (Anime) is >> >>> Goku SSJB (Manga). What if, should increase the gap between Merged Zamasu (Manga) on Goku and Vegeta SSJB (Manga), is not so difficult considering that Merged Zamasu (initial) was much more powerful than them 2 together and then turned on immensely.
