It's good that Jiren in Manga is also so powerful. It really has me exhausted to have so many differences of power between Anime and Manga. I only hope that the Destroying Gods, Angels, Daishinkan, Bodyguards and Zenos are equally powerful in Anime and Manga.

Initially, his appearance resembled that of the regular Super Saiyan Blue, as can be observed by the portions of ki surrounding him.

They looked about the same to me. Hit only restrained a suppressed Jiren by slowing time down around him. Hit's attacks had little effect and Jiren still one shotted him. Suppressed Jiren >> New Hit ~ CSSB Goku.

The truth is with the theory that Hit (ToP / Anime and Manga)> Goku SSJB (ToP / Anime) = Goku CSSJB (Manga).

Hit is not stronger than Goku. Where are people getting this from? He got shanked the same, never landed a hit beyond extrapolating circumstances, then was eliminated with one blow. Goku performed no better or worse.

Yeah, Hit seemed on par with him at most. His Time Lag ability would put Goku in quite a predicament though.

The only thing I can even think of is Goku looking at Hit in awe when he said, "Nice going, Hit. When'd you get so strong?".

That's explained by how Hit was only on par with Super Saiyan God a few years back, and now he's suddenly fighting the same with Complete Super Saiyan Blue, which is basically fusion tier. Goku would have to be hiding something to not be surprised about Hit's newfound strength.
