Doubtful, since Good Boo and Pure Boo separated. Without Dai Kaioshin, I'm not sure if Boo could consciously function.
Then again, Boo is magic and Super has no sense of logic, so perhaps they really will treat Vegeta's hypothesis of another Evil Boo situation happening if Boo were angry as fact and make Pure Boo a temporary antagonist of this arc.
