So, it's revealed that Dai Kaioshin used to be incredibly powerful before he used the Kai Kai Matoru to seal Moro. Would explain why despite his position, he was weaker than South Kaioshin at the time of Boo's awakening and Boo being able to tell the depths of Dai Kaioshin's true power may have been what still persuaded him to absorb him. Not a bad way to answer these questions for once, Toyo.
The rest of the chapter was disappointing though and unless the Blue Aurum plays a role in the plot, the train robbing scene was complete filler. We didn't need an additional scene of Vegeta pondering why Merus is so powerful and fast when we already got one such scene, so a third of the chapter could've been easily cut. My guess is Merus is a double agent working for Moro, given how it's the only way to explain the question of why he never put his hand into dealing with threats like Freeza or Boo.
Also, Galu mentioning the events of Broly seems to suggest they'll play a role in the main plot still, so perhaps we'll get the return of Canon Broly in a later arc.
Overall, a mediocre chapter that had a decent start before becoming pretty pointless after the first third. The last panel of Moro was pretty well drawn though.
