Never saw this. I'm not sure, maybe Riboku? He's one of the few characters outside of Qin who has persisted for this long and has had their character fleshed out.

Yes. How powerful can Shibashou really be? Shin has already beaten the likes of Houken, how much stronger can the opponents continue to become?

Eh, Houken will always be the strongest (probably) but he’d lose to the likes of Renpa and Ouki cause of his lack of “weight”. And as a combatant I could see Shibashou comparable to those two.
