Depends whether or not speed's equalised. If not, Ace stomps since Piccolo's nowhere near fast enough to hit him unless using his Super Explosive Wave, which takes way too long to charge up. If speed's equalised, Piccolo likely stomps, since his feat of razing Papaya Island was at least Small Country level (PI being the size of a small continent according to the Daiz), whereas Ace's best feats and scaling place him on Large Island level.

Why is Ace way faster than Piccolo though?

It depends if Karin was holding back when dodging Goku's (post "hax" water) hits, which would place him even below 22nd Budokai Jackie Chun. If he indeed was, he might have a chance here, although Mutaito being used as a benchmark for Piccolo's strength places him higher imo.

Why is Ace way faster than Piccolo though?

He and any semi-relevant character get scaling from Kalifa's MHS feat of dodging Nami's lightning. By comparison, Piccolo's best speed feat is a High Hypersonic one from one of his blasts.

Jackie Chun (22nd Budokai) vs Tambourine

Roshi wins. Even if believing that Tambourine is stronger and possibly in the same league as 22nd TB Ten/Goku, Roshi's array of techniques would be enough to stop him.

Purely depends where you place Chichi compared to other fighters, if not far above the 22nd TB fighters or 23rd TB Chaozu, Sakura stomps. If you view her as not being complete trash to someone such as say, Taopaipai though, Chichi stomps. Anime-wise, Chichi oneshots due to Piccolo implying she's close to post-Choshinui Galu.

Post-Kaio Big Green VS Kaioken x3 Galu (Namek)

Around the same power, due to Great Elder stating Big Green with Kamiccolo might be > Freeza 1st form, unless you don't view the Kamiccolo's boost as a 2x. Piccolo wins due to the Kaioken being still a quick burst. But I think it's debatable whether the boost is 2x or not.

Kuririn [mecha freeza saga] vs Captain Ginyu

He was stated to be Roshi's second strongest student (second only to Gohan) and in the anime he tanked attacks from Goku like they were mosquito bites.
