Meanwhile, Tambourine should at most not be far stronger than Roshi, yet is several times stronger than Cymbal. I'd chalk up Yajirobe noting Cymbals strength and being scared of his lightning blasts as him not being used to encountering fellow superhuman opponents or monsters that can shoot lightning before respectively.

For the same reasons as before, I'd find it hard to place Cymbal much higher than Post-Karin Galu, so the team wins with either low or mid-diff unless hit by his lightning.

I disagree with this. Tambourine considered Kuririn laughably weak, while he was pretty surprised that a human could defeat Cymbal. He might not be able to compete with the top tiers of the 22nd Budokai but he'd wreck Post-Karin Goku. The "several times" statement isn't always taken literally as Goku said Kaioken x2 makes him several times stronger. I think the general intent of the statement was just to say Tambourine was stronger than Cymbal by a very large amount, not necessarily a 3-4x gap.

Anime Gyumao VS Namu

Nam wins. Nam is close to Goku and Roshi while Ox King shouldn't be close to Roshi in neither the anime or manga.


Videl vs Blonde Lunch

^Kuririn was probably low on stamina after the tournament considering he had to fight Chaozu and Goku in succesion though.

I'd say Videl wins, she's probably had experience disarming huge armed guys and the best feat Lunch has had is knocking out some random foot soldier who didn't expect a woman to be so strong.

Teen Baby stomps. I believe Gohan would still be around the level of his FnF self at the time he fought Barry, since his resolve to balance both his role as a fighter and family man after the fight with Watagash.

24k Namek Arc Vegeta's Gyarikku Ho VS Monster Zarbon

Vegeta's blast as able to match Goku's K3 Kamehameha, implying a amplification close to 1.33x so Namek Vegeta would be at 32k. Zarbon would be pretty fucked up but would survive, considering he seems resilient as fuck when he survives Vegeta's Ki Blast Barrier.

Half Dead Vegeta (The one after the Genki Dama) vs Saibamen

He was still capable of treating Kuririn, Gohan and Yajirobe as nothing, and I doubt Kuririn lost a ridiculous amount of Ki from being kicked by pre-Genki-Dama Vegeta, so Vegeta oneshots.

- Stamina drain is still in effect. Zarbon is aware of this.

Zarbon is a really shitty fighter, so even if Goku's strain puts him a bit lower than Zarbon he wins.

Nappa takes this 8/10. I think Piccolo was far weaker than Enraged Gohan, more like on 2,000-2,250 range, plus Nappa is resilient as fuck, Piccolo's only chance is the Special Beam Cannon.

Android Arc Chaotsu vs Ginyu

Even taking into account the fillers, Chaotsu's best feat was beating Guldo, which is quite unimpressive by Ginyu Force's standards. And if we go by Tien's statement ("he couldn't keep up"), it doesn't look like he improved much, especially when in RoF (the movie), Freeza's mooks are apparently still dangerous for him (though Tien apologizes for not bringing him in DBS).
As for his Telekinesis...well in DBS, he could temporarily paralyze a suppressed Goku. But considering Trunks (who isn't nearly as experienced as Goku) could suppress his power down to 5, and as there is some comedy to this scene, I wonder how credible it is.

There is simply nothing concrete in Chaotsu's favor. Ginyu wins as far as I'm concerned, and effortlessly at that.

Super Perfect Cell VS Dabura (Trunks' timeline)

I think Freeza is more evil but it's hard to say if he's more arrogant too. I'd say so somewhat since he's used to being top dog of the universe and Cell at least knew he was weaker than Piccolo and fought dirty in his first appearance
