Roshi wins if going by either scouter numbers or his Mountain bust feat. Daimao likely wins going by plot.

Cell takes it. If he can tank a hit from someone stronger, likely far stronger, than Super #13, I don't see him getting beaten by Genki Dama SSJ Galu.

Evil Boo has haxxed regeneration and is intelligent on top of that. Cell is also very intelligent, if he can do an IT KHH (if this is post-destruction) or any KHH that can take Boo off-guard and completely decimate him he wins, other-wise with Boo's stamina the longer the fight goes it goes into Boo's favour.

Young Lord Slug vs 1st Form Freeza

Most likely, Slug stomps. Assuming the Goku in Movie 4 was meant to represent his Namek self in terms of power, him saying Slug was in a completely different league from what he'd experienced before places him above Kaioken x10 Galu, who can easily stomp 1st form Freeza.

I think Goku wins. I don't put much stock into their performances, since no-one ever said they actually got stronger just that they couldn't kill them and even then they had them beaten numerous times.

Hard to say how strong he actually was, other than being stronger than BoDB. In terms of raw power, he'd probably rank below the top tiers of the 21st TB. If it's via Budokai rules, his size and similar abilities to Buyon allow him to solo.
