Even though Reinhard is a genius of the highest calibre, that's only when pertaining to military battles in which the weaponry of both sides is comparable. In a series featuring ridiculously broken abilities, I'm not sure if his intelligence would be able to formulate a foolproof plan. He may try to abuse the time ring to spam wishes with the Super Dragon Balls to make an army of "Insert relevant warrior here" Black to send the Multiverse into a state of confusion, but that plan would come at the cost of creating multiple time rings that would be used as evidence against him.

1st form Cold VS Kaioken x10 Goku (Namek)
- Assume for this scenario that what Cold displayed was his 2nd form and the gap between it and this 1st form is equal to that between 1st form and full power 2nd form Freeza.
- No Kaioken strain for Galu.

I'd say Toppo wins. I have Vegeta Beyond Blue (initial) comparable to KKx20 Goku at least, and UI Goku (116) at most.

Vegetto's Final KHH might have damaged Zamasu, but this wasn't shown under the smoke. It's also been said that Jiren was holding back more against Vegeta Blue than he did against Goku. Afterwards, he spent the rest of the fight wrecking him. So both of these aren't what I would call "retarded".

Trunks' genki sword by far. Even Goku using Hakai makes slightly more sense if you assume Beerus showed Goku the move offscreen and he just wasn't powerful enough to mimic it until mastering SSJB.

Saiyan arc by far. The only major problems I had in that arc were that Piccolo and Gohan's relationship was way too rushed with the 6-month timeskips and that Nappa suddenly doubling his power to fight Goku from (calming down no less) was terrible writing. Baby arc made me facepalm constantly with the garbage fillers like Sugoroku space, the ugly base Saiyan fight scenes and the fact that it made the previous (and much more boring) arc utterly pointless by having Baby steal the Dragon Balls and leaving Goku as a 12 year old still.
