Tullece's power can be taken a number of ways depending on how you interpret his "30,000 and skyrocketing!" statement. Either the skyrocketing part was the more important part and Goku got a rage boost to place him above 100k given Tullece was implied to be capable of killing Oozaru Gohan, or the 30,000 is the more important part and Tullece is more or less around the 30k area with the ability to amplify his power with the Kill Driver.

Even at the low-end, I'd say the Potara fusion winning if their boost is in any way comparable to Vegetto's, and easily stomp if going the high-end route of Tullece's power.

If treating Piccolo's Moon Bust as an outlier, the duo stomp individually. If not, then Goku has the power to match them and the speed to outdo them, but only if he's bloodlusted/serious. If not, he probably gets trapped in a Genjutsu and loses.

Likely Ozai. If Zuko being able to catch a lightning bolt is anything to go, Ozai probably has much faster reactions than Tao, which might help to compensate for his lack of sheer power.

- Hit has learned Guldo's time-stop ability in order to enhance his Time-Skip.

Don't think Gurd's ability would enhance the Time Skip much. If anything, it requiring the user to hold their breath and being draining on one's stamina would hinder Hit if anything. Hit gets no further than Current KKx20 Blue Goku.

- For fairness' sake, FW2 only has access to Vegeta's techniques and cannot transform.

Bergamo is still on Base 's level, who's feats such as holding his own against Hit for a while and fighting a version of Beerus likely far less suppressed than normal back when he was 10x weaker than his current self makes Baby oneshot material.

Freeza stomps. He wasn't too much weaker than SSJ Galu.

Goku VS Yami Yugi
- Both play a game of snakes and ladders.
- Plot armouring for both is at their peak, so the winner is the one with the most plot armour.

100% Freeza stomps him, I have no reason to think Freeza's injuries held him back any more than Galu's and the gap between base Galu and base Vegeta was far grander than the one between buff Freeza and SSJ Goku.
