If not assuming Super Genkidama logic applies to the collection of Ki Baby's victims give, Vegeta gets raped since the ki from a mere planet wouldn't be worth jack. If given the same boost as was given to SSJ GT Vegeta, I'd say he'd get a good 10x stronger so he rapes unless Jiren shows some really good feats in the next 3 episodes.

I'd say if you don't count Super (anime) as "canon" the latter wins, because on top of contradicting itself all the time in Z and GT (stating Vegeta will be erased if he's killed while dead, yet pretending that isn't the case in GT because it wasn't in some Freeza arc filler with Chaozu, etc.) the depiction of Hell in Super and the new movies completely overwrites the previous depiction and makes you question why Z filler like Ginyu in Bulma's body are being referenced. At least you could just say the power of Super Genkidamas are just based on plot and as powerful as need be.

To try and make the contradictory power chain of base > Pikkon > SPC even slightly cohesive I'd say nerfing Cell to his resting level is necessary, esp since Goku was retconned to base Goku instead of SSJ in the same scene and we still later see that only SSJ2 Goku has surpassed Gohan and therefore SPC 7 years later. So Perfect Cell stomps his weighted version, though due to his feat of not receiving much damage from Galu's KHH he would likely win against this Perfect Cell when unweighted. FP PC rapes though.

Rage form. Essentially, it was introduced just to make Trunks relevant in a more "believable" way than before. There wasn't much, if any, build-up to Trunks harnessing his rage properly. At least with MSSJB, the regular Blue form was said to have poor stamina, so you could kinda see it coming.

- Roshi uses 88% of his power at most

Without using the official BP, I think Shen still gets bodied. Tien said that Roshi was even better than his master, even though he wasn't even using his full power in the fight, as Tien remarked later.

With those, Shen stands a better chance, but Roshi likely still wins through skill advantage.

Unweighted Goku on his own embarassed Tenshinhan so badly that adding Kuririn and Yamcha wouldn't change the outcome, and Shen is far above that Goku by Tenshinhan's words. It's a total stomp in Kami's favour.

- This version of Broly was implied by Elder Kaioshin to make things difficult for Ultimate Gohan if he were to team up with base Evil/Super Boo.
- If Broly wins, have SS2 Gotenks help Goku and remove the stamina drain for SS3.

Needs to include a DB character, so I'll just go ahead and include Boo. Bakura likely wins given how he was presented as a looming threat ever since the series' first arc, yet lost all 4 conflicts he had with Atem. Kira at least killed everyone in one timeline, Boo destroyed Earth and...my knowledge of Naraku's accomplishments is pretty limited.

GT Freeza & Cell VS Baby Arc Base Goku

If a dead version of Goku fights them in Hell, then the duo can win with the Hell’s Buster technique. If it’s in a neutral setting, the duo could still take it. Frieza could distract Goku whilst Cell uses Solar Flare, gets Goku in a full nelson, and self-destructs. Alternatively, Cell could use Instant Transmission and grab Goku, allowing Frieza to launch a Death Saucer at them, which Cell regenerates from whilst Goku’s body is severed.

GT fodders win. I'm sure Gero at least observed base Galu's fight with the brainwashed SSJs or whatever before he left him to Freeza and Cell, he was just taken off guard by GT's retarded implied zenkais.

Baby Vegeta stomps due to his SSJ1 form alone being above SSJ3 Galu, and the implications of Rild > Gohan-Boo. Even if that's meant for a lesser form of Boo I'm sure by the time Galu arrived back on Earth :toei wank brought him to a level where he would stomp Gohan-Boo in SSJ or something anyway.
