Super #17 wins because Vegeta will probably use a Final Shine Attack at some point in the battle, plus SSJ3 is draining as all hell for those who recently reached it. Vegeta wins mid diff with knowledge though.

Ed since Freeza only slightly revealed it once (plus he could just go into his 2nd or 3rd form to get over it whenever), though it is true Ed conquered it permanently by the end of the series.

~ If Vegeta wins, have him fight Super Saganbo. Saganbo has as much (or as little) power strain as SSJBE Vegeta has.

I'd say Vegeta beats Gohan since Goku's comments on Gohan's improvement were vague as far as comparing the two goes. Against Super Saganbo, he'd probably beat the version that stomped Gohan and Piccolo through superior skill, though I doubt he's so far above Current Gohan as to contend with the Saganbo just before he killed himself.

SS2 CG Gohan + SS2 Pre-Majin Vegeta VS M10

I'd say Broly beats them both to a bloody pulp. If at all, M10 Gohan wasn't implied to be much weaker than he was in the CG arc at the time the movie was released (plus Toei Animation has a tendency to make the characters stronger than they are in canon anyways). And considering the way his attacks did nothing beyond slightly staggering Broly at best, I don't see CG Gohan and Pre-Majin Vegeta perform much better, even with good teamwork.

While Krillin did need Gohan's help to fight a 23k Goku, one should note that they initially held back against him, and it's not like either of them performed bad against him on their own. Plus, I can see Krillin take the edge with either Solar Flare or Kienzan.

Against Monster Zarbon, however...unless he's smart about using the aforementioned moves, he will probably suffer the same fate as Vegeta.

Normally, he'd stop at anyone relevant to SS4 tier at best when the Multi-Galaxy level feats of those between SSG and Hakaishin tier aren't as impressive as S17 Arc Base Goku shaking Hell and Other World. The Manga SSB Gogeta = SS4 Gogeta scenario makes it more difficult t judge if having multipliers dictate it, though which how inconsistent the value of multipliers tends to be as well as the jump between tiers between certain gaps, I'll go the cheap route and say the scenario ultimately remains the same.

Not really aware of the Makai Tournament (I assume it's part of Heroes or something), so I'm forced to go with GT, though I might choose the latter given how it's pretty funny Boo GASLIGHTED Oob into jobbing for Mr. Satan DEMON IN HUMAN'S SKIN .

Makai Tournament wins then since we at least saw the finals of the GT tournament as more than an infodump 2.

Hard to say. The GT Perfect Files would imply he'd stomp when the form brings a user to their utmost limits, though the fact that Goku and Vegeta could get far stronger than Ultimate Gohan with their base forms alone in GT shows GT's perception of limits is far more relativistic than something like the Kaioshin ritual. I'd probably say Babidi bringing Vegeta "beyond his limits" is the best benchmark for a far weaker Vegeta and peg him around his Pre-Majin SS2 self. That said, Vegeta can put up a good fight, but would ultimately lose due to Cell's techniques and Gohan being no pushover either.
