That fight reminds me of Vegeta VS Base Zarbon. A clear advantage, but nothing like Vegeta VS Dodoria or Tenshinhan VS the Saibamen.

Gohan was a SSJ2 against Dabura so Dabura should be stronger than FP Perfect Cell, which is backed up by Goku's statement as well as the Super manga showing a Post Z-Sword Trunks needing SSJ2 to kill him.

I think Pui Pui should be a bit higher. Babidi tells him to worry about the Saiyans, but Kaioshin is a complete non factor the whole time.

I think I realized why I put Fat Boo above Pre ROSAT SSJ Gotenks twice. I was focusing on Base Gotenks Post surpassing Piccolo's expectations of SSJ Gotenks Post compared to SSJ Gotenks Pre, instead of focusing on SSJ Gotenks Pre > Fat Boo. LOL.

I don’t think Piccolo had any solid expectations on SSJ Gotenks Post tbh, he was just hoping they could pull off. I like to have Base Gotenks Post anywhere between 1.5 and 2x SSJ Gotenks Pre, who is barely above SSJ3 Goku for me.

SSJ Gotenks Pre: 625
Base Gotenks Post: 1,000
Super Boo (Standing Ki): 1,000

So I guess Piccolo estimated anything between 700 and 900. 1,00 at the absolute best, but nothing very specific.

Does Babidi even know how strong Kaioshin was? He was confident in killing him without Dabura's help.

Given how long he’d been plotting his revenge, I’d think so. If he knows Dabra is strong enough then he knows how strong Kaioshin is. Otherwise I see no reason to go with Base Saiyans > Kaioshin.

I don’t doubt that Babidi with his magic is at least relative to Kaioshin, unless we consider those filler scenes where even Piccolo just steamrolls Babidi’s tricks.

Base Saiyans > Kaioshin > Piccolo is the most logical. It seems like a massive retcon to the Cell Games and we all don't like it, but going by this chain in the Boo Saga makes it much less complicated.

I've believed Piccolo was stronger than Kaioshin forever. It's always seemed clear to me that Piccolo backed out over his suspicions that Kaioshin was the Grand Kaio. Whether it was due to respect, or whether it was because Piccolo overestimated Kaioshin (which he clearly wasn't in a good mindset after Kaioshin read his mind), it doesn't really matter. Piccolo couldn't sense his ki.

That doesn't change the fact that the Saiyans were confident enough to go into the Budokai while in Base the whole time, knowing Piccolo would compete.

Even if you do want to go with Base Saiyans > Piccolo you can still have both above Kaioshin.
