The fact is that Vegeta didn't increase his general power after that RoSaT trip because once he achieved the mastered state he was comparable to Goku. Maybe his bursts aren't quite equal to CSSJB but he's at least drawing out that power to some extent.

The anime's interpretation of God Ki indicates that it's simply perfected Ki control. If that applies to the manga then it's possible that he allowed his Ki to leak out as a ''camouflage''.

That's basically where I put him. I know we've reached the point where far higher power is shown, but Doflamingo isn't weak by any stretch of the imagination. If he worked for a Yonko he'd certainly fit the role for a division commander.

This isn’t DBZ. Just because Ace could beat Cracker doesn’t mean he could beat Doffy. Cracker is on that tier because of his infinite Biscuit warriors. Luffy’s Gear 4 wasn’t even enough to overcome that without Nami’s help. However, Ace’s flames would be a great countermeasure against his ability.

Ace can flame up the entire landscape which would be a death sentence to Cracker. He's not weaker.

I only put him that high because he’s regarded as the strongest swordsman. Implying in a sword duel he would defeat Shanks. However, we don’t know the full extent of Shanks powers so it wouldn’t be strange if he was stronger.
