I would think so. Vegeta on Namek considered going from 18,000 to 24,000 to be a vast power up. The gap between Trunks and Goku probably wasn't that large, but the precedent is there for a relatively small multiplier to one's power to be considered a substantial increase.

He shouldn't be able to stomp Mecha arc Trunks even after absorbing energy. I'd probably place him around the same level you've got him at.

Team 2 wins handily imo. Goku alone is a match for Roshi, especially with his electric attack banned, and Namu can definitely outlast Metallic's batteries, considering Goku didn't even go all out against Metallic. Goku definitely had a decent edge over Roshi. The Kamehameha clash could be explained as Roshi having superior ki control, but Roshi seemed outmatched everywhere else.

Yes, Pakl, I see your point that Goku had only recently revealed SSj2 in the manga. Unfortunately, it seems you forgot to realize that the Goku in the 2nd Broly movie is the same as Boo arc Goku, meaning he was a SSj2.

Didn't he one shot Ultimate Gohan? I think he should definitely be competitive with Gohan Boo at the least, though he probably loses to Rildo.
