Why do u think the Buff Roshi KMHMH would do basically nothing against Oozaru Goku? They were implied to be at a similar plateau of power, with Yamcha being sure the KMHMH would kill Goku. Even Oozaru Goku's reactions towards it implies it'd be at least a threat for him.

I think the 10x boost is just too much to overtake all things considered. Much how Krillen's line on Namek "Goku always got stronger after a fierce fight." retcons zenkais into Dragonball, the 10x boost stated seems to make Roshi's task impossible.

We've not seen much to suggest that amplification is all that powerful until we get into the Cell Saga. Kikoho is probably one of the few things worthy of such a boost, something like 2.2x or so.

From Oozaru Goku's reaction, he'd be completely wiped out by it. Just an extremely hard sell.

If we aren't going with scouter numbers, maybe we can make the Oozaru a smaller boost.

I considered that as well. It's quite possible too. I think I was able to get away with a 5x boost before. However, look how freaking big an Oozaru is, don't you want to give it as much credit as possible?

Oozaru Vegeta vs Goku kind of doesn't make sense with a 10x boost either. But I don't know. I need people to debate that, the pool is limited.

Either way, I'm going with small amps. I think it's the right way. You can make majority of things work with smaller amps. Absolutely necessary imo.

I think Colonel Silver should be above 21st Budokai Yamcha, P. Silver's speed surprised Goku, who said he couldn't let his guard down, whereas Yamcha had all of his attacks effortlessly dodged by initial Jackie Chun.

If we make the boost smaller than 10x you will have Gohan > Humans and that should be a no-no.

You could be right. Only issue with that is that Jackie Chun is expecting high level fighters, Goku may be expecting a regular human, only to get surprised by a super human. So I don't know. Maybe I could bump up Colonel Silver just because he's cool. Maybe up to 75. What do you think? Too close to Ninja Murasaki or no?

to increase his focus, he'd be more impressed than ''not bad''. Therefore, Giran is at most slightly weaker than Initial Krillin.

3) Negative, it's stated that Goku is about as far as a human can go. So this is the general area where humans power tops out. Mutaito is obviously pretty special considering he defeated Piccolo himself.
