No that's awful. He looks like an emo/scene/eboy with sleeves too long.
Fur and hair colour makes sense as it's like a monkey, but his hair looks like dried blood. I'd get over it, but ya.

Why are his ears pointy? Is he a demon?

oh-zaru has pointy ears so it would make sense for ss4 to have pointy ears

Yeh that looks even worse. I guess they chose it to resemble a gorilla's bulging arms when they're walking on all fours.

But from that to the other one is like having an extremely small pên*s and then getting surgery to make it like this guy. Should just go for the normal cuff length.

Maybe it would lool better if it covered the knuckles like Oozaru's.

SSJ4 doesn't appear to really be all that strong. MUI might be a blue fusion level transformation.
