This question kinda been bugging me but why didn't Dende and friends could have wish Porunga for Goku to be healed instantly on Namek after the whole Ginyu shit?

That probably was going to be the third wish if Vegeta didn't found them. I think if Gohan or Kuririn ask Dende to tell Porunga to heal Goku, Dende would've told them he himself can heal Goku.

I think bringing Piccolo to the exact spot might've been the last wish. That's where it looked like it was going.

Why didn't Goku knock back Pure Boo's 2nd blast to destroy earth? The way he acted when he saw it looked like he was powerless against Boo.

For him to not even bother trying suggests that he couldn't do anything. It was too huge and powerful.

But isn't Pure Boo as strong as him? He could just turn Super Saiyan 3 and knock it away with a Kamehameha, unless the blast was charged. I don't remember Boo charging thast blast.

He charge it in the anime. In the manga, it took a panel to create the blast. Goku probably thought if he did try to stop Boo's blast, Boo would just created multiple blasts while he try to stop the first blast.

Was Gohan stronger than Dabra when they fought? I mean, Gohan did overwhelm Dabra on hand to hand and forced him to use magic, what still wasn't enough to damage Gohan. If so, by how much? Are the boys stronger than Dabra too?

The boys are weaker than dabra gohan was stronger by a little but a rusty fighta

Dabra would demolish the kids.

One thing I like about the Anime is that it allowed Dabra to show off more of his power. He did a huge power-up before fighting Boo and the kids were pretty amazed at his power.

I think Gohan's gap over Dabra is similar to Cell's over Goku, though as mentioned Gohan was fighting very sloppily. I think Goten and Dabra are about equal and Trunks is slightly stronger.

Why believe Gohan was a Super Saiyan 2 when he's drawn as a Super Saiyan?

I just have a hard time believing the cell statement is about any form of cell other than SPC

I'm really not sure after looking at it again. Gohan held an upperhand, but the fact that he used up as much stamina as he did certainly doesn't establish a huge difference.

But the kids could fight evenly with Gohan much better than Dabra when he fought Gohan hand to hand...

Dabra doesn't seem to be that great of a h2h fighter. His power is in his magic, and as we see, Gohan is having trouble dealing with it. I still wouldn't put the kids on Dabra's level. The dialogue points to Gohan needing more than Super Saiyan 2 alone to win. None of that makes any sense if Dabra is powered-up Cell level.

Is there any in universe reason everybody thought Goku and Vegeta failing against Boo would be the end of the universe? I mean, Enma could just send Gohan there if Goku and Vegeta lost.

True, there are definitely options after that. Even Gotenks could be sent.

Even Super pointed out that Ultimate Gohan > SS3 Goku. The only reason for them to disregard bringing Gotenks or Gohan to fight Kid Boo would be the possibility of them getting absorbed.
