Not gonna lie, I'll be seeing this, but not expecting to have my world rocked. Mostly I'm going to see a DBZ movie on the big screen for the first and probably only time, since I don't know if I'll get the chance again.

Besides that, I'm excited to see a hand drawn animated movie for the first time in many, many years. That, and SSJG Vegeta are my only things drawing me in with any real excitement.

Considering Paragus is awe-inspired at the sight of Super-Saiyan and Broly turning into a Super-Saiyan after Paragus' death, the form is probably supposed to be inferior to regular Super-Saiyan. Since Raditz a-long time ago said that when Goku got his tail cut-off he couldn't show his true power anymore, maybe that's what he means that that's Broly's true power.

1)Which form it's said for ? Goku was naturally talking about Broly at his peak, because he said it at the near end of the movie, after the fighting was over.

2)If one thinks that it's not enough to prove that Jiren is weaker, it definitely casts doubt on him being stronger too, because even an antagonist supposedly stronger than him is only questionably more powerful than Beerus at best. And even then, it's quite obvious that Goku doesn't have a full grasp on Beerus' power.

3)How do you know that it's taking into account manga level of power ? You do realize that Jiren was also Destroyer level in the anime, right ?

Goku said it to Broly at the end of the film when there was no fighting going on, so it's safe to assume he meant Broly at his peak. He would remember how powerful Broly was during the Gogeta portion just like Vegeta and the kids remembered being fused in the Boo arc.

Jiren was stated to be at the level of a GoD and that he was still "far from full power." It is rudimentary. Beerus is probably just the most comparable guy around. Or Toriyama already forgot who Jiren is.
