Lol Rocks was a D? Rocks D. Xebec. What a terrible name lmfao. He was Roger’s greatest enemy. He was probably Blackbeard’s cuck father who abandoned him.

Okay, at least Sengoku has stated that Rocks’ crew was far weaker than they are currently.

He even goes as far as to say that current Big Mom + Kaido would be the strongest crew in history. Dang.

Shanks bounty is over 4billion. It’s also said that he has the most well rounded crew with the highest average bounty. That was to be expected.

What was unexpected was that he has only been in the Yonko for 6 years.

Big Mom is 4.3B and Kaido is 4.6B. Lol. I wonder what Whitebeard or Roger’s were. Kaido also sounds like he is quite a bit younger than Big Mom or WB as it’s said he was a pirate in training while a part of Rocks.

Lo Brannew claims that the Marines can’t use the Shichibukai to curb the power of the Yonko anymore. Don’t make me laugh. Only Mihawk has any significance in that group.

What was unexpected was that he has only been in the Yonko for 6 years.

Well, it didn't seem as though he was completely infamous back during the Romance Dawn events, so his inclusion into the Yonko would've definitely been sometime after losing his arm.

Makes sense that his Yonko status was so recent, considering WB's meeting with him was suggested to be their first since Shanks becoming his peer, despite how frequently the Yonko seem to clash in the New World.

Whitebeard was 5B and Roger was 5.5B. Yah, they are making the Wano arc a little too impossible for Luffy with this history lesson.

Hm so why were so many powerful pirates drawn to Oden/Wano?? Perhaps he had some really good cocaine.

That was another good chapter in my books. A lot of info dumping, but at least some of the mysteries of the story are finally being tackled. That reminded me a lot of old school One Piece.

For the first time since initially reading the story, I’m excited to see what happens next. Please don’t disappoint Oda!

Chapter was good, but still...the fact that this all will only impact the story heavily in years still turns me off. Not that it takes points from the story, but I have little patience to follow something that advances at turtle's steps to the long awaited finale.

If you lack the patience then don't read it. That's your choice. The pacing is god awful tho.

In the last chapter the first 8 pages could've been cut down to 2-3, but One Piece has always been like that.

Yeah, it's like... It isn't so much of a predicament reading 15 pages a week. I can go through them rather easily. Only that my level of enthusiasm with the story and its occurrences won't be high when I know that this all will only be concluded in years, in an instance I don't even know if I will be invested in the series anymore.

Yeah, I understand that sentiment, but that is still your choice. If you want to invest your time into it then you can. If you think you won’t be interested in 5 years then you’d be better off stopping now and quit wasting time.

Hopefully 958 comes out soon.

It's a gamble. Not saying I should choose whether I continue or stop, only that I'm not so excited about it like if it were approaching or almost there, at the climax and revealment of the biggest secrets.

The spoilers are already out. The chap should be coming out in some hours, I think.

Fair enough. I think after the investment that has already been made, reading a chapter every week is not going to kill you - whether you remain interested or not. You can always stop.
