Reading the last chapter again it seems like Luffy has mastered combining Gear 2 and 3 at the same time.

Something I noticed that remained in the Viz translation is that one of the Gorosei referred to the government as the "World Government" as if they were before his time. So that implies that they may not be immortal, or at least haven't been since the void century.

Chapter is titled Kid & Law vs Big Mom and we barely got to see their fight. Big Mom said she was beat and yet we don't see how it got to that point. Disappointing, but it seems like their fight will be concluding soon.
