So, apparently a group of bandits have ships so advanced that the Galactic Patrol praise them and can easily scour the whole universe, yet the highly equipped Freeza Force still couldn't find New Namek after over a decade.
Also, apparently Trunks is stronger than Saganbo. Guessing Vegeta's talking about Future Trunks since even if SS3 Goku got caught off-guard, Saganbo being weaker than Kid Trunks is just facepalm worthy.

If we're meant to believe Boo's sleep is due to fatigue, how is that even possible when the Namekian kid could just heal him back to full strength?
Also, Merus is at least far above SS3 Goku and probably at least on SSG level. The power creep and questions of why Merus didn't get involved with past threats get even worse.

I'll admit I did like how Planet Zoon was brought into the plot and we get confirmation that those fodder minions Babidi had were residents rather than just being dressed like Pui Pui. That was a better callback to past material than Super usually does and is enough to make this the best chapter of the Moro Arc, which just goes to show how bottom of the barrel this arc is.

True, though him being able to pick out what seems hyped up to be one of the Patrol's best ships and have the navigational skills to be confident in scouring the universe both come off as quite overly convenient, especially for a character just suggested to be little more than muscle.

Guess Merus must be the only member of the Galactic Patrol pulling his weight against the bigger criminals. Makes you wonder why even bother having other patrol members outside of the tech guys.

Disappointing chapter to me. We've seen more from Meerus, who he's better than us all expected, and it consists of basically two forces, Goku and Vegeta, moving their pawns to defeat Moro. It still didn't reveal exactly what Vegeta wants on Yardrat besides the vague "they employ various techniques" and part of the chapter was filled with Moro and his gang causing a ruckus on many planets. Moro looks younger, as well.

I wouldn't count on Vegeta having much of a plan beyond that, given the Yardrats having strange techniques is all he knew and Shunkan Ido alone left his astounded when he first saw it. He's probably just taking a gamble at this point.

I'm with you on this. His face's features also seem a little off to me, notably his mouth.

It was, and it was already implied he'd reached his peak. I guess he's gone beyond his previous peak by absorbing more energy?

That seems likely. Although he was using a cape when we first saw him tangling with the Kaioshins, we still saw a beard, right?

I see. But yeah, considering his desire was to regain his full magic powers, he likely went beyond his limits. Unless regaining full magic power =/= being on his prime physically.

Moros is going around destroying planets while Beerus just lays around like a lazy ass. Theirs only 26 planets with intelligent life in your universe and you're just letting Moros destroy the rest

Well tbh Beerus goes around destroying planets as well, so I don't think he cares that much about planets going poof.

That'd make more sense in terms of scaling, though the context of him saying "my boy" makes it more questionable.

Arguably. He was outperforming SS3 Goku, but at the same time he never actually attacked him; with all his movements being dodges or skillful counters. It could just be that he has some similar skill to UI that gives him perfect reactions, much like Roshi against Jiren.

Still, he's probably at least Multi-Galaxy level via-scaling.
