So Oob had God Ki and only needed to point his hand to Goku's direction? Makes one wonder how Boo could ever lose a single fight in Boo arc when Oob was supposed to have even less control over his power. Oh well, at least, Vegeta's technique turned out to be what contributed in taking down the main antagonist for once, so, is that a win?

That chapter was, as usual, quite underwhelming, but at least it didn't turn out to be the disaster I expected it to be given the one it's preceded by.

Second time, actually, considering the importance of his Ki blast distracting Cell.

Or his Genki Dama idea, as well as his contribution in distracting Kid Boo for it. Or his obvious role in the Gogeta VS Broly curbstomp...

I think its pretty underwhelming that Vegeta's months of training culminated in a spirit bomb by a different name. At the very least the spirit energy garbage will hopefully be forgotten after this arc.

"Dragon Ball Super" Chapter 67 kick starts the sixth arc of the manga, titled Granola The Survivor. Interestingly, this is linked to the previous Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc, which is quite unusual for a manga.

The teaser shows the Dragon Team rushing toward Goku who defeated Moro and saved the planet. Everyone's happy and celebrating the remarkable victory over the formidable enemy.

However, there is something unusual happening as Yunba asks Jaco if he is really destroyed. It is unclear if Yunba is referring to Moro who fused himself to Earth in the last arc.

Yunba wonders if Jaco is sure about it. Later, it is revealed that brand-new wickedness is moving. The final moments of "Dragon Ball Super" Chapter 67's teaser shows two characters, named Automil and Granola.

Meanwhile, "Dragon Ball Super" Chapter 67 starts with Gohan, Kuririn and Yamcha congratulating Goku for defeating Moro. Piccolo and Vegeta are watching them from a distance. People in Planet Yardrat and God's Palace are also rejoicing the victory.

Vegeta meets Goku and asks him about the sudden surge in power toward the end of Goku's battle against Moro. Goku tells him that he doesn't know about its source, making Vegeta angry. Vegeta continues to pester the Super Saiyan.

Goku finally tells him that he will learn more when the time is right.

Elsewhere, Daikaioshin arrives to meet Oob. He thanks him for sharing his power with Goku. Oob's chi was the key to Goku gaining unimaginable powers and finally breaking Moro's crystal.

Chapter 67 is also likely going to introduce the characters from the Granola Survivor arc.

I wonder if Merus has the same level of fighting as before?

So, as I've been saying a long time, the Dai Kaioshin-Boo plot line ended with amnesia, thus making Boo's characterisation in the Moro Arc pointless.
As for Merus' revival, it's cheap, though hopefully has the repercussion of Merus' power now being severely limited to make it a bit different from the standard resurrection.

Goku intentionally squeezes the Galactic King's junk. Guess he's taking a cue from his Kid self's mantra of grab 'em by the pussy :trump. Really though, it makes little sense for Galu to intentionally do this, though compared to his other pieces of Super characterisation, this nonsense is far from a big deal.

Jaco's line about getting cheese and milk online shows how little Super cares about keeping its world building consistent. It's clearly something exclusive to Earth's life if Calamis is unfamiliar with it, yet Earth is far too primitive as a whole to develop online retailers for alien life in space unless Bulma is funnelling this business exclusively. The only other explanation is Calamis simply not knowing, which would be very inconsistent for someone with the Galactic Patrol's level of data.

As for the introduction of Granolla, it's better than I hoped for at least. His reliance on a gun shows he's not that big deal of a fighter that'd otherwise damage Super's continuity even more and the other OG drones are treat as expendable enough that Boichi's group wouldn't have conquered the universe without 73 which plugs a potential plot hole involving Trunks' timeline.

Still far from a good chapter, though at least off to a better start than the previous arc was.

Well it wasn't a bad start.

But how does Jaco ship stuff from another planet for "only" three times the price? I have to pay like 5x the price for using a different currency alone.

Merus' power will be limited though he's still be somewhere around current Galu SSJ3 tier. :troll2

Somewhat good introduction to the next arc. I was expecting more moments with the crew from the aftermatch but that's alright. This new Granola dude resembles Tapion a little.

All chapters are scheduled for 1 month. Not released when finished.

And he had time before the first release date to finish the first chapter. This is an intellectually dishonest argument.

I would like the new enemy called Granola to show up in front of the Z Warriors in a few years, after what would correspond to the EoZ or at least after they meet Oob.

I think it's a good way to remake EoZ and get them to meet Oob in a different way and then Granola comes out.

I see EoZ as 10 years after Arc Boo (no DBS in between) and 5 years before DBGT.
