Other than that, this was one of the few decent chapters in Super. Vegeta needing to get over what sense of loss for his people remains is one of the few times in which his character is given the potential for growth beyond that coming from regression and acts as a good parallel to Granolah's own character arc. The information revealed about the Heeters perhaps suggests they'll actually be morally grey characters and not just one-dimensional villains and the reveal that Namekians came from another dimension is surprisingly fitting with how the Super DBs weren't of Namekian origin and magic is often associated with other realms (eg. the Makai), not to mention how long the Namekian race have been around (at least 75 million+ years due to Rou Dai Kaioshin knowing of them). It's also nice that it shows how you don't necessarily need to create 7 Dragon Balls and it's more depending on the will of the creator, making the new set seem quite natural. That said, I'm surprised by how lacking in egregious material this chapter is. Seems the broken Toyo clock can be right twice a day after all.

It just feels out of place to me. When did Vegeta ever care about the Saiyans/regret their actions after the Freeza arc? Were they ever mentioned again in the original manga?Captain Cadaver said:egeta needing to get over what sense of loss for his people remains is one of the few times in which his character is given the potential for growth beyond that coming from regression
Beerus makes it apparent that Vegeta still hasn't fully gotten over the near extinction of the Saiyans.Future Warrior said:Where was this said in the chapter?
He clearly cared about their suffering (albeit, likely his own more than others') during his death on Namek. His regret towards his past actions would also extend to those of the Saiyan race as a whole.Super Saiyan said:It just feels out of place to me. Captain Cadaver said:He wouldn't be as angry at the revelation Beerus gave Freeza the idea to destroy Planet Vegeta as he was if he didn't care much about the loss of most of his race. It's not as if Beerus was the one to also tell Freeza what to do with the survivors, so arguing it was due to his own personal suffering wouldn't add up either.
