So it seems that Merged Zamasu took care those Saiyajins easily than the anime version.

So Vegito just called me a mortal? Because I didn't become a Kaioshin yet and the fact that I was able to travel to the future does implies that Black is a Kaioshin.

So Galu can still hurt Merged Zamasu with his full power blast in the manga

Yeah, although I do think Zamasu was holding back there. It's clear fusion isn't as strong as it was pre-super era.

I'm pretty sure only Kaioshin are permitted to use the time rings, but anyone can use it. Zamasu just stole it.

It seems that Merged Zamasu having only half his body being immortal is a Toei addition. I'm glad honestly. He looked like a monstrosity.

But then why did Rumoosh die?

Gowasu died the instant Black stabbed him and Rumoosh simultaneously. He wouldn't come back to life just because someone became Kaioshit/gained the Potaras. If it was that easy Whis wouldn't need new recruits to replace Beerus

Aside from Zamasu mimicking the Z villains, I am glad he didn't turns into half a mutant and started to cry. I low key expecting Gogeta to appears to avoid the potara nerf and the time limit, but some dreams are too good to come true.

Considering Toriyama was the guy that said as the original author he can change any detail he wants about the series, I found it unlikely Toei just added that shit in.
