Really? That sounds really disappointing, I'm really curious how the arc is gonna end though and maybe Zeno will appear and destroy Merged Zamasu.

Merged Zamasu in the manga is shit. I mean he didn't turn into goop or anything, but it really seems like he's no stronger than his initial self was in the anime (when he first produced the halo).

It looks like it to me. He owned Goku and Vegeta and didn't get overtaken at all. He's either weaker than his anime self or Vegetto was given a fair boost, unlike his anime self.

But it does suck that we didn't get to see the Final Kamehameha. That was one thing I wish they would've kept from the anime.

I thought it was widely accepted that the anime version always seems to be stronger than their manga version based on their feats.

To me he looks like he's in a completely different level than in the anime. Zamasu speedblitz'd their asses.

I don't really have much criticism for this chapter. I think it's better than last chapter tbh. The only one I can think of is Merged Zamasu not being much of a challenge to Vegetto, but it's whatever.

It looks like Vegetto is much stronger than in the anime since he completely shat on MZ and it's stated that he's stronger than Beerus.

Kaioshit said he may be stronger, not that he completely is (giving AT plenty of excuses to retcon the statement), so I think Zamasu got nerfed more than Vegetto was haxed. Manga Beerus also doesn't seem to be dozens of times ahead of the Saiyans like in the anime.

Yeah, but at least we got an official statement as to where Vegetto stands in comparison to Beerus/Champa. In the anime, we get no statement on this and are to assume that Beerus is still stronger.

  Maybe as Future Zamasu (Anime) is >>>>> Future Zamasu (Manga), for that same reason Zamasu (Anime) gives more fight to Vegetto SSJB.

  As for Chapter 23 of the Manga, it is still Vegeta SSJB >>> Goku SSJB? Did Goku have an increase in power to equal or surpass Vegeta?

As of that chapter, yes, considering Goku showed no signs of a power up or any feats worthy of keeping the two equal. Most likely though, Goku will catch up by the time of the next arc to restore the status-quo from simple training.

To that Vegeta in Manga 23 is superior to Goku.

  I have Goku SSJB (Current / Manga)> = Vegeta SSJG (Current / Manga). But due to the drain of the SSJB, Vegeta would win.

  What amplifier do you have to SSJB on the SSJG?

Beyond the focus put onto how much Ki SSB burns through, there isn't much to suggest SSB ought to be in a completely different tier like the gap between previous forms, especially considering Black could still take quite a few hits from SSB Vegeta whilst SSG Vegeta didn't seem to be that far behind him. A 20% increase can suffice if you take a more minimalist approach to what counts as being in a different league based on some implications from the Saiyan Arc.
