I have just found an excellent explanation, where Vegetto SSJB> = Beerus is denied.

The explanation is that Shin declares that Vegetto may have surpassed Beerus, it was when Vegetto prepared his final attack. Possibly the final attack of Vegetto has an amplifier. If Vegetto SSJB was> = Beerus, that statement would have been made before Vegetto prepared his attack. Thus:

Vegetto SSJB (Kamehameha Final)> = Beerus >> Vegetto SSJB.

Nope, Kaioshin was amazed of Vegito on the whole time and even Gowasu was shocked by Vegito's power. Therefore Vegito may very well be stronger than Beerus at very least.

If you look at his statement and the context, he was talking about Vegito's general power compared to Beerus. The author is telling us that Vegito is indeed stronger than Beerus but that might change anytime soon.

Although not yet translated, I get the feeling that Vegetto SSJB (Kamehameha Final)> Beerus >> Vegetto SSJB. I saw that Shin something comments when Vegetto SSJB hit Merged Zamasu, then when Vegetto SSJB starts charging the Final Kamehameha, Shin makes the statement. I also think about the possibility of later contradicting the statement, since Shin is somewhat ignorant in many things. That's why I follow the chain.

Concerning Kaioshin's statement, it's easy to take it at face value, which is clearly Toyotaro's intent. But if you look deeper into it, it doesn't make sense that Kaioshin would know Beerus' full power. He didn't even know who Beerus was at first, and since then, Beerus has only battled Goku and the gang, and he never needed to exert anywhere near full power there. If that's all Kaioshin has to go off of, then this Vegetto would of course be stronger than Beerus, but I'm not going to think Kaioshin is a total idiot here—moreover, I think he must know Beerus is somehow much stronger than he showed in the BoG saga, but then that leads to how fucking powerful he thinks Beerus is and it's just going to end up nowhere.

So I think I'm going to take it at face value and not try to nitpick it because there's no sense in that.
