It could go either way. If Goku Black doesn't see through Hit's techniques then I'd give it to the assassin.

I don't think Black's rage boost was all that huge. At best he may have caught up with post HTC training SSB Vegeta. SSB Vegeta easily dodged Black's energy slash and we saw for a frame SSB Vegeta clashing with Black's energy scythe. I think the zenkais Goku and Vegeta got afterwards while fighting Fusion Zamasu (and the one Goku got from being killed by Hit) should put both of them above SSJR Black post rage boost power-wise. Hit is current SSB Goku's equal power-wise and Goku admitted as much when he said Hit was much stronger than he was during the tournament after Hit knocked Goku out of SSB with one physical attack.

Hit's hax on top of him probably being stronger and faster than Black is just a complete death sentence. There is no way Black is surviving Hit's hax with no knowledge. And even with knowledge it's doubtful he'd be powerful enough to break through the pocket dimension like current SSB Goku did as it took Goku using every last ounce of his power.

Is this a sign we need to reconsider our training multipliers? Most people don't have a 10x boost for the Android Saga, but that was three years of training and IIRC it hasn't been nearly that long since the U6 tournament.

It's a sign that training gains are inconsistent, and they always have been. 6 months of training with Kaio put Goku at 8,000, yet a mere 6 days put Piccolo at far above 42,000.
