Due to the powerscaling in Anime being kind of...inconsistent, I'll simply take into account SEG multipliers for my reasoning.

Golden Oozaru Baby > SSJ4 Goku >>> Golden Oozaru Goku > Super Baby 2 > Super Baby 1 > Baby Vegeta >>> SSJ3 Goku >>> Base Goku.

Golden Oozaru Vegeta (Saiyan arc) VS Freeza arc

Going by the SEG multipliers (I know in GT it's different but since we're talking about Z then I'd say it doesn't count), Vegeta would end up with a battle power of 9,000,000 since it's 50 x 10. In terms of raw power he would end up far stronger than anyone before the Goku vs Freeza fight, though he would have 1/10 of his speed. He would definitely turn 1st Form Freeza into dust but I'd doubt he'd be able to land a solid hit on his higher transformations to win.

Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta (Pre-Majin) vs Fat Boo

I think Fat Boo would be a little more powerful than Vegeta SSJ3 (Pre Majin).

I'd place her closer to SSG, seeing as her attacks with Caulifla were capable of taking SSG Galu off-guard, with Kale logically putting in most of the work. I don't think she'd be able to if she couldn't at least stomp his SS3 form.

Rosé Goku Black could quickly overpower Goku Blue right after his fight against Vegeta. He still wins.

Who wins between the unlimited supplies of Meta-Cooler clones and the unlimited supplies of Merged Zamasu clones ?

Zamasu allows himself to get captured and destroys the real Coola with a small Ki blast like Galu did.

Goten stomps seeing as Pre-ROSAT Base Kids were already on par with #18. The only way I can see Ten winning is if he manages to Solar Flare and then Shin Kikoho him in the blindness, which is possible since Goten is a pretty shitty fighter.
