It depends on which form you think Goku was considering when he wondered whether Gohan could defeat Fat Boo. If he was taking into account a Gohan showing his true capabilities via a rage boost (like before the fight against Dabura) or him at least unlocking (again?) SSJ2 for this fight, then Gohan probably can't even get past Good Boo. If Goku is just considering the power Gohan can access at that moment and isn't taking into account rage boost, SSJ2 shenanigans (which would make things bloated, but it's more likely to be the case imo), then Gohan SSJ defeats even Grey Boo without problems, considering he ought to be still fairly close to fat Boo, unless Grey Boo took 80%+ of Fat Boo's powers or something like this.

Goku still loses, because he's only implied to be moderately stronger than Kid Gohan (CG) at best, while Perfect Cell could beat him even without using his full power. Teen Gohan is also pretty useless here. If he couldn't even deal with the likes of Dabura, Perfect Cell would kill him in no time.

Nappa stomps. I don't think this Enraged Gohan was much stronger than 2800 Gohan due to the context of the situation. But without Vegeta to tell Nappa to focus he's gonna have some trouble to put Gohan down.

Tenshinhan stomps imo since I doubt he'd show up if his base power weren't at least above post-Yardrat Galu, plus Gero + Suppressed Piccolo + Gohan + Humans > SSJ Vegeta.

I assume you're talking about his initial self, otherwise it'd be a stomp in Goku's favour. I'd say Popo likely wins, since this Galu was still taken aback by a beam from Tenshithands at 1/4 it's normal power, whereas Popo literally ate Goku's Kamehameha, which ought to be far above 1/4 of 23rd TB Ten's power.

On my numbers he'd be leaps and bounds above Warm up Perfect Cell and SSJ Goku, but 50% Goku would one shot him. He'd be about 1/3 of Cell Games Goku IMO.
