1)Garlic Junior because immortality, and despite Broly's ability to resplenish ki, he still takes damage, which will eventually wear him down.

2)Meta-Coola can beat him if Broly doesn't find his core, which is not likely to happen unless Coola foolishly brings hin there :toei

3)Janemba can probably beat him too if he uses his Reality Warping wisely, though knowing how dumb he is, I'm not that confident about it :toei

4)Hirudegarn can potentially disturb him with his teleportation.

I can see him beating the rest, though.

Likely clears with ease if he gets the same boost as in the Boo Arc. If his Potara boost and SSJ multipliers are nerfed to fit with GT's scaling though, he'd logically be far below SS4 Gogeta, but where his power would fall I cannot say.

Super Garlic Jr. (Movie 1) VS Gohan (Upset inside Raditz's pod)
- Gohan has full control over his 710 battle power and his post-Piccolo training fighting skills.

Freeza owns. Blue by all means should be waaaaay superior to Super-Saiyan 3 which the anime doesn't portray at-all, but that's :toei for you.

Krillin vs Slim Buu

Depends on the rules and mindset of the characters. In a no holds barred match, Kuririn would win by staying clear of the chocolate beam, cutting Boo with Kienzans and destroying the pieces. In-character during a sparring match or ones with tournament rules though...Kuririn still wins due to more battle experience and Taiyoken x100, though Boo's body would prove troublesome to counter by any other means.

Unless Krillin manage to hit him with Taiyoken, followed up by a full-powered Kamehameha, he has no solid way to get past his regeneration, while Slim Boo can either wear him down progressively by inflicting damage and/or making him waste his stamina, or simply turn him into chocolate.

EDIT: #18 is likely winning against the Base Saiyans.

Ryuken worked on S17 but that was due to ray gun logic more or less with him being completely defenseless while absorbing, and Toei's website indicates Goku was just fapped to be as powerful as Hildegarn in the 13th movie which makes the biggest gap it overcame normally being the SSJ4 Galu vs. Faggot Shenron gap which is likely no more than 5-6 times or so. Given Jiren is more than 20x Goku I'd say he just tanks it or knocks it away.
