Just worked out that way by taking SS Gotenks / 50. To me the only requirement for his strength is being stronger than Piccolo, otherwise Piccolo could have easily caught up to him and stopped him from trying to fight Boo.

Base Gohan isn’t much stronger than Base Goten and Trunks who are arond as strong as 18. Piccolo was already stronger than 18 before training in the Room of Spirit and Time and powered up considerably after. That’s just not possible.

If Dabra couldn’t even beat SS Gohan what makes you think he’d stand any chance against Goku?

Kibito stronger than Piccolo :punk He’s weaker than Base Gohan by a good margin meaning at best he’s at Base Goten/Trunks’ level but likely weaker. I’d still place him above Freeza and Coola however.

I usually place Kibitoshin in between SS2 and SS3 level. I don’t think he needs to be weaker than Vegeta for his uselessness against Pure Boo to make sense. Even if he’s stronger than Vegeta he’s much more incompetent when it comes to fighting and realistically a 1.5 to 2x gap in DB makes you...

I could see a Potara fusion of Goten and Trunks being around as strong as Ultimate Gohan with just Super Saiyan 1 or 2. I don't think that them using the Potara would have as great of an effect as Goku and Vegeta but it'd still be significantly stronger than regular Fusion.

The GT Perfect Files notes 1.) that Super Saiyan 4 brings the user "to their utmost limits" and 2.) that Super Saiyan 4 is in a different chain of transformations than the other 3 Super Saiyan forms (only being called SS4 out of convenience) so given that I don't think the form is a multiplier...

They can't sense ki and their scouters might have a hard time picking up battle powers of humans all over so physically inspect every area of the planet could theoretically take a while but a month still sounds too long. A week at most I'd say.
